I became interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) when I suffered from a lower back injury. I was diagnosed with Sciatic nerve pain. I was in excruciating pain. It did not matter if I was sitting, standing or lying down I could not get any relief. It was like someone had jabbed me with a hot knife. The only thing that helped to relieve the pain was Acupuncture. After a course of treatments the pain was gone and I have been pain free since.

I was so amazed with the results that I decided to study this ancient art. So in 2002 I enrolled at the Australian Collage of Natural Medicine in Brisbane and started my studies. I completed my degree in December of 2005.

I was looking for further therapies that would enhance my TCM skills when I came across Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy. It allows me to treat other conditions that may not get as good results as with Acupuncture. In October of 2010 I completed the course.

Always looking for ways to improve my Clinic I have added Pulsed Magnetic Therapy and Laser Acupuncture. As part of this clinic’s standard practice we also offer Electro Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping and Scrapping as well as prescribing Chinese patent herbal formulas and supplements.

• Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture).
• Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy level 1
